2. Products & Availability

We specialize in fresh flower bouquets and floral arrangements.

Because flowers are natural and seasonal products:

  • Flower types, colors, and packaging may vary slightly from the images displayed on our website
  • Certain flowers may be substituted with flowers of equal or greater value if unavailable
  • Minor variations are not considered defects

All products are subject to availability.


3. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on our website are listed in CHF, Sats, and/or Bitcoin unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Payment must be completed before an order is processed and delivered.

We currently accept the payment methods displayed during checkout, including cryptocurrency payments where available.


4. Order Acceptance

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if:

  • Product availability changes
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected
  • Payment cannot be verified
  • Delivery is not possible

If payment has already been processed, the corresponding amount will be refunded.


5. Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

We are not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Recipient absence
  • Restricted access to the delivery location
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Courier delays or force majeure events

If no recipient is available, the bouquet may:

  • Be left in a safe place when possible
  • Be delivered to a neighbor
  • Be re-delivered for an additional fee

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed unless explicitly stated.


6. Refunds & Complaints

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your bouquet arrives damaged, incorrect, or in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To process a complaint, we may require:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the bouquet and packaging
  • A description of the issue

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • A replacement bouquet
  • A partial or full refund

Perishable Products

Flowers are perishable products and cannot be returned once delivered.

Natural variations in flowers, colors, or bloom stages are not considered defects.

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled or modified up to 36 hours before the scheduled delivery date. 

Once preparation or dispatch has started, cancellations are no longer possible.

Cancellations have to be sent to postmaster@crypto-bloom.ch with the relevant order information.


7. Cryptocurrency Payments

For cryptocurrency payments:

  • Customers are responsible for sending the correct amount to the correct wallet address
  • Transactions are considered complete once confirmed on the blockchain or by the lightning network.
  • Due to blockchain volatility and irreversible transactions, crypto payments may not always be refundable in the original cryptocurrency

Refunds, when applicable, may be issued:

  • In CHF equivalent value
  • Or in cryptocurrency at our discretion

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including:

  • Images
  • Branding
  • Logos
  • Product descriptions
  • Website design

is the property of Crypto Bloom and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crypto Bloom shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Delays outside our control
  • Allergic reactions to flowers or plants
  • Losses resulting from misuse of the website or services

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

By using our website, you consent to the collection and processing of information necessary to complete orders and provide customer support.


11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Switzerland.

Any disputes arising from the use of this website or our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Swiss courts.
